The Forest Association presently consists of 55 units (both duplex and stand-alone homes) and has sites available for future members to build. We are located in Columbia County along US Hwy. 33 approximately five miles east of Portage, WI.  We're approximately 45 minutes north of Madison, Wi. via Interstate

I-90/I-39 . The area is adjacent to Swan Lake and has an abundance of green space, trees and wildlife. There is a privately-owned, 9 hole golf course with paid membership and daily fees available. There's a clubhouse, bar and restaurant on site.  There's a gated marina area with a boat launch and dock sites available for an annual fee. The marina park has tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. There is a pavilion available for parties and events for those units that have paid an access fee.
