• March 27th will be the final pick up of Trash and Recycling by Waste Management.  Please leave your trash and recycling containers at the roadside for them to pick up.  Flyers were handed out to each mailbox.  If you have a snowbird whose home you are watching, please bring their containers out as well.  We will be invoiced for any containers that are not put out that day to be picked up.  That same day, Columbia County Recycling will be bringing the new containers and dropping them off in the field where we have the annual flag display.  Please do not touch the containers.  CCR will distribute the new containers to each of your units individually.  Their first pick up will be on Monday,  April 1st for Trash and April 8th for both Trash and Recycling.  Recycling will be on an every other week basis, as prior with Waste Management.  However, our pick ups will now be on Monday, not Wednesday.  Please plan accordingly.

• We are looking for volunteers for the following positions:  Ponds - John Draxler has asked to be replaced after many years of managing the ponds for us.  A big thank you to John for his years of service.  We need to find someone for John to train as his replacement.  Design and Review Committee - Rita Smick and John Draxler are both stepping away.  We need two people to fill these roles.  Thank you to both Rita and John for their years of service on this committee.

• There have been some board changes since the Fall 2023 Meeting.  Charlie Kirk resigned his position as Board President and Rick Lang was voted in at the meeting.  In December 2023, Tim Preston resigned his position as Secretary and Vickie Greenwold was appointed to fill the role until we can elect the position at the Fall 2024 Meeting.​​

• There will be a Spring 2024 Meeting coming up, as there are a couple of items that need to be voted upon as a community.  More information to come.​
